Chris, Rich, and their band certainly know how to bring it, and the musical part of the evening was gratifying. But the experience I paid for, a VIP meet and greet, was simply ridiculous. The only person introduced to me was a handler named Uri, who stood between Jordan Davis and me during the photo opp process. Probably seven feet away, Jordan Davis was, vaccination notwithstanding. There was no introduction, no hi, no nothing. It was surreal and bloody awkweird. I understand that covid has created unique stresses, but if that pushes the situation into what I was part of the other night, maybe the better path is not to offer those packages. It was a full-on ripoff.
